Are there any extra fees with these deals?

There’s an Account Keeping Fee nominated by the lender per month for the duration of the repayment period.
If applicable, Direct Debit Dishonour Fee nominated by the lender. There is also an Arrears Fee nominated by the lender payable weekly while the loan account is in arrears.
What does it mean by "subject to approval criteria"?

Can the interest-free period be paid over 60-months?
