SAA Accredited Electrician – Full Time
What you’ll do
Install and commission grid‑connected solar PV and battery systems to Australian Standards.
Complete AC/DC works, isolations, testing and verification; produce accurate as‑built documentation.
Mentor apprentices and TAs; uphold PSW’s safety and quality culture.
Diagnose and rectify system faults with support from engineering & support teams.
What you’ll bring
WA Electrical Licence (A‑Grade), White Card, Working at Heights (or willingness to obtain).
SAA Accreditation (Grid‑Connect/Battery) preferred—support available to obtain/upgrade.
Current driver’s licence.

SAA Accredited Electrician – Sub Contract
What you’ll do
Install and commission grid‑connected solar PV and battery systems to Australian Standards.
Complete AC/DC works, isolations, testing and verification; produce accurate as‑built documentation.
NoR or SoR collection points.
Diagnose and rectify system faults with support from engineering & support teams.
What you’ll bring
WA Electrical Contractors (for conjunction with McKercher Corporation sign off), White Card, Working at Heights, First Aid certifications.
SAA Accreditation (Grid‑Connect solar PV and Battery).
A well-maintained modern work vehicle with appropriate safety equipment conforming to ISO-certified standards.
High standard of installation workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Receptionist/ Administrator - Full Time
What you’ll do
Guide customers through pre‑ and post‑installation journeys with clear, friendly communication.
Translate technical concepts (inverters, batteries, EV chargers, monitoring apps) into plain English.
Resolve support tickets with empathy; escalate to engineering when needed.
Capture insights to improve our content, products and processes.
What you’ll bring
Background in customer success, retail tech or field service coordination.
Strong computer skills and a helpful mindset.
Genuine interest in clean energy.
Energy Consultant (In‑house, warm leads)
What you’ll do
Qualify inbound enquiries, size systems with sensible payback assumptions and present proposals.
Use PSW tools and product range to recommend the right solution—not the most expensive.
Collaborate with ops for a smooth hand‑off from sale to install.
What you’ll bring
Consultative sales approach; comfortable explaining ROI, rebates and product differences.
Experience in solar/battery or technical products preferred.

Do I need SAA Accreditation to join as an electrician?
Preferred but not essential. We support the right candidates to obtain or upgrade SAA Accreditation.
Do you hire apprentices and graduates?
Yes.

Do you sponsor visas?
Where permitted and for hard‑to‑fill roles, sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates.
Where are roles based?
Field services: Roles are Perth‑based with travel to customer sites across the metro area and, occasionally, regional WA.
Non-field services: We’ll nominate the base location within the job description. Perth Solar Warehouse will nominate opportunities for either Bibra Lake (South) or Neerabup (North) business operations.
