How much is the solar rebate in Neerabup WA?

How much is the Synergy solar feed-in tariff?
Most residential 6.6kW solar arrays installed in Neerabup on a 5kW inverter will qualify for Synergy’s solar Feed-in Tariff named; DEBS (Distributed Energy Buyback Scheme).
This means you can receive 2 cents ex GST during off-peak and 10 cents ex GST during peak periods (3pm to 9pm), effective 1 July 2025, unchanged in Synergy’s 2026 price update, for the first 50 units (kWh) exported each day.

What is the wait time for solar installation?
The average installation wait time varies depending on your desired installation. Quite often, this is due to an approval process with Western Power and Synergy.
As a Guide:
- Inverter replacements: 1 week.
- EV Charger installation: 1 week.
- Solar PV installation: within 2 to 4 weeks (peak 8 weeks).
- Battery installation: within 4 weeks (peak 8 weeks).
