LGCs (Large Scale Generation Certificates) apply to solar energy systems with a solar capacity of 100 kW or greater. LGCs are usually more complex and there is no point of sale discount on the solar energy system purchase price.
Instead, solar energy systems above 100 kW solar array capacity receive 1 LGC for each MWh generated.
