In the unlikely event of a product quality or service issue, where possible, PSW Energy assure customers one point contact towards resolution. A resolution process designed to ensure the client is not forced to engage the product manufacturer, installation individual or supplier for unforeseen system maintenance within warranty.
PSW Energy representatives will act on the clients behalf where possible to expedite correct system operation which are a result of product care within warranty terms. System errors not within warranty terms are not covered by the PSW Energy one point policy. PSW Energy representatives, in good faith, will assist to advise the best coarse of action in the case that external factors are inhibiting successful product or system operation.
Your time is valuable, avoid bouncing between supplier, manufacturer or installer to achieve product care and support. Unless specified, PSW Energy offer one point contact for all supplied & installed operating systems.
